Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel rooms were a little small for the price but wonderfully appointed. They were comfy, and I wanted to stay longer. However, the noise from running and a broken toilet seat were total deterrents for a 5-star hotel.
My stay at this hotel was wonderful overall. The room was comfortable and quite spacious, with plenty of natural light and good storage. Being on the club level for the weekend made it even more special. The service was fantastic, with attentive and responsive staff offering top-notch service in all areas. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Charleston, right in the heart of all the action. However, the dining experience at Husk left something to be desired, especially considering the price. Despite that, the facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was huge with a nice-sized bathroom and a shower big enough for two, but the marble flooring around the toilet was very stained. The check-in was a bit delayed, but it is a suite, which was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was beyond my expectations. The rooms have been revitalized and were extremely comfortable, fitting the cost of the room. The service provided by the staff was polished and professional, going above and beyond with their extra friendly and courteous demeanor. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of all the happenings in downtown Charleston. However, the dining experience, though good, was quite expensive.
